Hitesh Mehta is the co-founder of Fiber Optika Technologies Pvt Ltd. He has been working in the field of Fiber Optic Communication and Photonics for 16 years. Hitesh Mehta has received his M.Tech degree in Applied Optics from IIT-Delhi
He started his career with Optel Telecommunication & later during his tenure at TVS he established Nortel Network's Component Division, Virtual Photonics and Lightwave Micro's photonics business. Hitesh Mehta is currently serving as the Vice Chairman of IEEE Bangalore. He is also a fellow of IETE and member of IEEE Communication Society & Photonics Society, and Optical Society of America. He was the coordinator for continuing education program for working professional (PROFICIENCE ) at IISC.

Mr. Rakesh Barya – Chief Operating Officer, (BE, MBA). Rakesh Barya has over 20 years experience in the design and production of Fiber Optic cables, accessories and connectors
He has received professional training at Pirelli Cables, Newport UK and has worked for the second largest connector manufacturing company where he instilled best production practices at their Indian plant. Rakesh received his Bachelor of Engineering in Production Technology from Jiwaji University, Gwalior & completed his MBA (Marketing & Finance) program from Barkatullah University, Bhopal.

Kartik Parikh completed his B.E. (Electrical) from VJTI, Bombay University in 1984 and his Masters (M.S.E.E) in Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri – Rolla (now named Missouri University of Science And Technology), USA in 1987
He worked for Electronics Consultancy Services as Project Engineer & co-formed Electronics Engineering Services (EES), a distribution company for laboratory test and measuring instruments
when co-formed Electronics Engineering Services (EES), a distribution company for laboratory test and measuring instruments. While in EES, Kartik sold precision multimeters and other measuring instruments to research laboratories , teaching institutions and electronics/electrical industry in India. Later he also co-formed Fastech Fluid Applicators and Systems, a startup which designed, developed and produced fluid dispensers for factory automation. In 1994, Electronics Engineering Services was fused with Fasech, and Kartik directed this company in the field of distribution of telecommunications test and measuring instruments. In 1997, Fastech was registered as a private limited company of which he became Director and CEO. Since then, Fastech has been recognized as the premier telecommunications test instrument and monitoring system provider in the Indian sub-continent. He is a life-time fellow of IETE (Institution of Electrical & Telecommunications Engineers), and a member of the Missouri University of Science and Technology Alumniand a life member of the VJTI Alumni.
